I want to be sure you love your purchase from Stoat Manor Studio, so I offer a hassle-free return policy. Simply email hello@stoatmanorstudio.ca to start the return process and once I receive the item, I will send you a refund (as long as the piece arrives undamaged and in its original packaging.)

Repairs & Guarantee

All of my pieces are 100% guaranteed as long as the items are cared for according to the care instructions sent with your purchase (also available here.) Please contact me at hello@stoatmanorstudio if there are any issues with your jewelry (including issues with the protective resin coating) and I will happily repair the piece, free of charge.
