All orders ship from Nova Scotia, Canada. We ship via Canada Post to be sure your purchase arrives safely.

Canadian Orders:

All free shipping is sent without tracking. If you require tracking please select the Expedited shipping option at checkout.

International Orders (including US):

Tracking is included with shipping and an email will be sent to you with your tracking details.

Please note that we are located in rural Nova Scotia so shipping with Canada Post may take a day or two longer than it does in urban centres.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you haven’t received your purchase within the transit times outlined above, please contact us immediately at hello@stoatmanorstudio.ca.

Customs + Duties

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
